James D Kirk: Roast Duck Soup after a day at the library

I should take a quick moment to point out here my discovery first thing this morning. After arriving to the Jefferson Market Branch a few moments after opening, I thought it might be nice to look around the remainder of the place since I had failed to do that yesterday. All in all, the inside looks much like you'd expect, a library. However, with a little effort you get to see all the subtle nuances that make up the late 1800's built facility. Really quite nice, and a clear tribute to the city of NY for acquiring and converting the property.

The "discovery" as you will, is the fact that there are no public accessible restrooms here! WTF? Now, I'm not sure as to why this may be the case, however considering my observation yesterday, and already today of those who appear homeless camping out in various nooks and crannies catching a warm nap, I am led to believe they might be responsible for removing access to facilities for the general public. I will however, do some investigations so as not to appear to be judging a book by the cover (sorry, you just have to slip that pun in when chatting about libraries. It's like an unwritten rule ;) )
